An Ohio police chief says he ingested cake that was left in his kitchen without knowing it was made with cannabis oil.
Laurelville Chief Mike Berkemeier broke the first rule, he got high on his daughter's own supply...of cake baked with hash oil. After ingesting the cake, he soon began to feel dazed and confused. He could not hold the conversation, while forgetting what his daughter was trying to tell him, so he hung up. Berkemeier then drove himself to the police station.

He was then taken to the hospital where he stayed for a day and a half. At the hospital, Berkemeier's 16-year-old daughter told her dad that the cake was made with cannabis oil. Berkemeier told reporters that his daughter's friends brought the cake to his house. There is no word of any criminal charges yet.
