Well i just printed up my credit report and saw i have two judgements from discover card on there that were filed in 2008 and on 04/10 the judgement says abstract issued. I have no idea what any of this means. If i file bankruptcy, is that better than having judgements? and how long do they have to garnish my wages? Im in California -
