Heres the story. I will be filing for bankruptcy in a year or two so I'm trying to get as much as I can from banks. I made a few listings on ebay for items I did not have, totaling over $10000. I took the money out right away. Few weeks later buyers filed dispute and got their money back from paypal and now paypal wants me to pay up ofcourse. But what happens if I dont? will they just close my account and send it to collection/sue for the money or would this be a crime? Any honest answers would be greatly appricated. Thanks -
