i got a car repossessed and now i owe like $10,000. i also owe like $5,000
or so to 2 banks from overdrafts accumulating. i dont know the exact amount of my debt
but im guessing it should be between $16,000 and $20,000, I also have a daughter i dont know if that matters in this situation or not. so any advice as to if i should choose bankruptcy? -
