I was served today with court papers saying I am being sued by a credit card company. I am on permanent Social Security Disability. I have 2 part time jobs (one is 12.5 hours a week, the other is 7.5 hours a week) I barely have enough money to live. I just rent a tiny little room. I am 25 years old. I know I did this to myself (the credit card thing) but I can not pay them back and I'm pretty sure that my only option is to file for bankruptcy.
