Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - Is your bank not legally obligated to inform you if Revenue canada serves notice it intends to empty your? - How can Revenue Canada simply remove a modest amount in your bank accounts even though you've been paying them an agreed amount on tax owing every month. I know a single woman in her sixties who was victimized in this way. Can Revenuje Canada simply scoop the money by giving notice to the bank. Is Revenue Canada not legally obligated to at least inform this woman who uses these accounts to pay for rent, groceries and supplies she requires to run a modest home business. Is the Bank not required to tell this woman Revenue Canada has notified them of their intentions. This woman basically lives from month to month. Seems to me she'd be better off declaring bankruptcy than letting Revenue Canada turn her life upside down without even asking if she could afford to increase her monthly payments. Where does she turn for help? -
