It doesnt usually bother me because she eventually she does pay us... shes suppose to pay us on the 11th but its been over a week...todays the 19th..since she is the owner i dont usally complain...but i need to pay some stuff..and when you ask her she kind of gets upset..so i always try to avoid asking her for my check...alot of the other workers are getting upset too but everyone is afraid to say something cause she can really be mean sometimes..and latley shes been dodging everyone and not showing up to the resturaunt because she hasnt gave us our checks... they think she might even close the resturaunt and file for bankruptcy and not pay us..can she do that??.i dont know what to do in this situation...is there anyone i could tell or contact to complain? or is this legal for her to do this since she is the manager? i need any kind of advice i can get....thanks in advance! -
