I'm filing bankruptcy and should have the completed in about a month but every paycheck i'm afraid to open that i will get a wage garnishment and i cant afford that seeing as how much i just paid for bankruptcy and make very little money. Is there a time frame that creditors can start garnishing your wages? I heard its after three years they can, but I'm not sure. -
