We abandoned the house August 09 determined to go ahead and get our life back on track. Well we never recieved any corrispondence from our lender. The only thing weve ever recieved is propery tax bills which we don't pay. Our credit report says the mortgage account status is closed and payment status is Debt included in or discharged through Bankruptcy Chapter 7 -
