Once we receive notification that it's going to be sold/auctioned off, am I allowed to look for another house to live in… but rent? Also, I see a lot of people are doing a rent-to-own deal if you rent their house... Is that possible for me, based on current law, or is it left up to the discretion of the person renting the home? I know it's my own fault for being so bone-headed and financially irresponsible, so please don't leave any comments about that. I just need to know if I have the right to live in a house again - At least rent one. I prefer it so that I don't have to go through being broke again trying to fix a home that was already supposed to be brand new. It just seems like there are so many benefits to renting a house but not owning one, right now. -
