I have been making payments on it and everything is good there. I am now about to file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in California (also by myself), and I am wondering how I go about listing my taxes on there, and make sure that it doesn't mess up the current offer in compromise plan that I had already accpeted by the IRS. Also, I have a truck that I have been paying for that is under someone elses name because my credit has been so poor...How do I list that on my payments in order to get credit for the means test?
