My credit report during that time(08) said paid satisfactory, another report in 09 said same. The current one the debt its not there so I cant find any further info about it (loan was for 2). A week before thanksgiving they did it again!! And this time they wiped out the check I made before from account and neither the deputy or debt collector has any paperwork or payment of the first time they seized the same car. They want me to pay for the debt so bad even if it said paid in my old credit reports and no longer there on the current one I pulled up. So the 650 (i believe) check is gone, cant find the receipt. and this time I paid cash. All because they say I still owe them and have no obligations of letting the credit bureau the information. Internal Affairs?.. Down to last penny. Bankruptcy to get rid of it. I refuse to pay it!! Cant talk to other person of loan.... I love USA. :| -
