Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi addressed a National Conference on Dalit Adhikar Diwas organised by All India Valmiki Federation at Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi on Tuesday. “Congress now talks about the rights of the people. We have made various legislations also in this regard” said the Congress leader. “But opposition always tried to block our initiatives”, alleged Rahul Gandhi.
