Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi addressed a National Conference on Dalit Adhikar Diwas organised by All India Valmiki Federation at Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi on Tuesday. He explained about among other things, the abolition of manual scavenging and new proposals for the welfare of Dalits.
