I am 20 years old with quite a bit of debt in my opinion.
I have a $5000.00 credit card that has not been paid in about 6 months.
I have a contract for a Bell Mobility Turbo Stick, thought it was good at first until my second bill was over $600.00 that was a year ago and that is in collections now.
I had a contract with two cell phones in my name, the other person screwed me over and my bill for both accounts was 1100.00 the phones were disconnected and I put $50.00 on the account every two weeks but that was not good enough now that is in collections... I know it wasn't the minimum payment BUT I was giving what I could... I have a $5000.00 student loan for a course that I CANNOT get a job for... the payments were to be made December 31 and I did make the payment and there are arrangements for the full amount of 80.00 to come out each month. I am working full time making minimum wage.. I would like to go back to school but simply cant right now, I even had to move back in with my parents and they are charging me rent 300.00 each month. I leased a car out that I could no longer afford and my parents took over the lease and paid for the two months I was late.. I leased a car because when I did graduate I did find a decent temp job but after the 3 months I was let go... I just don't know what to do.. at the rate I am going I will never be able to own anything... -
