We would like to purchase the house out right to get our interest rate down and our payments lower, we are currently paying 12%, payments are $629 monthly. We have over 50% or more to put down toward purchase . What we are facing is even with that much down no one will talk to us because of a bankruptcy. Does anyone have a suggestion has to whom would work with a former bankruptcy? By the way we know most places want a bankruptcy to be discharged for at least 2-3 years or more, we just don't have that kind of time. Thank you. -
