Second, they just went ahead and filed chap. 13 bankruptcy in my name, and claiming I was representing myself and that I did not get help filing out the forms. They failed twice and both times it was dismissed for failure to complete the filing, and for not showing up in court.
They refuse to refund my money and now the two BK dismissals are on my credit report.
