They have continuously been doing this for an extended period of time and it seems every time the HOA is getting ready to evict them they file again and then at some point back out hoping the HOA will forget. I understand that times are rough but this seems to be a pattern. Is there anything that can be done to have them pay? Is there a way to prove that this is a pattern that is taken each time they are about to be evicted? It takes money out of the other homeowners pockets with legal fees etc. -
