The second time they saw it and said it was damaged and had to speak to the finance company. Since then I havent heard or recieved anything. I filed for bankruptcy and its about to go through. I want to start fresh and not have anyone chase me after I get my money in order, so I want them to take this quad or give me some kind of verification that they wont ever chase me for it if I just get rid of it eventually. What do I do? Anyone have any experience....it says its a charge off on my credit I dont know if that means theyve given up or what.. please help -
