Patna serial blasts: Bihar Police clueless about Tehseen Akhtar

After the role of Indian Mujahideen Commander Tehseen Akhtar's role in the Patna terror attack has been confirmed by IM member Imtiaz Ansari who was apprehended from the blast site.
