Socialist presidential candidate Michelle Bachelet is the favourite for the November 17 elections in Chile. She already served as president of the South American nation from 2006 to 2010. This time, Bachelet is offering a vision of fundamental change for a country where the constitution that was put in place by the military dictatorship is still largely in place.
