A 21-year-old former classroom assistant from Crumlin, Co Antrim, Northern Ireland is facing up to five years in prison for 'abuse of trust' after a sex tape she made with a 16-year-old student found its way onto a free porn tube site.
Jo O'Neill-McBurney was employed at St Mary's Christian Brothers Boy's Grammar School in West Belfast.
The age of consent is Northern Ireland is 16, but since O'Neill-McBurney was in a position of trust, legally speaking, it's not okay.
Exactly when the pair's sexual tryst took place is not clear. And it's not known who uploaded the video to a free porn site in April. But we can take a wild guess.
The sextape has reportedly been viewed thousands of times.
A friend of Ms O'Neill-McBurney's told a local newspaper that she besieged woman is "devastated." She is currently under police investigation. Both O'Neill-McBurney and the student have since left the school.
