This is audio taken from video footage inadvertently shot by a British Royal marine.
He was on patrol with other marines in Afghanistan's Helmand Province in 2011.
It captures the moment the marines shot dead a severely injured and captured an insurgent at close range.

"Obviously, this doesn't go anywhere, fellas."
"Yeah, roger, mate."
"I've just broke the Geneva Convention."
Now the Royal marine who pulled the trigger's been found guilty by a military court of murder.
It's the first time a British soldier's been convicted of such a crime in the Afghan war.
Two other marines were acquitted of killing the unknown man.
After the verdict, Brigadier Bill Dunham, the Deputy Commandant General of the Royal Marines read a statement from the Ministry of Defense.
