Madagascar's presidential race will go to a run-off vote next month between two candidates linked to the island's main political rivals. Results showed the candidate backed by exiled leader Marc Ravalomanana, won 21.1 percent of votes while the favourite of current strongman Andry Rajoelina came second with almost 16 percent.
