The social media company raised its price range to $23 per share to $25 per share on Monday, up from a previous range of $17 to $20 per share, while the offering size is 70 million shares.
Twitter is expected to price its IPO on Wednesday, while shares are set to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Thursday.
