Richie Incognito has been suspended from Miami Dolphins for bullying teammate Jonathan Martin.
Far from simple rookie hazing, Martin and others have come forward with allegations of Incognito's bullying of rookie players in the past. Martin claims Incognito forced him to pay for an expensive trip and used derogatory language and racial slurs in voicemails sent to his phone and online.
Incognito claims his off-the-field behavior stems from being bullied as a kid himself and has admitted to seeking therapy for depression issues in the past.
Incognito has been dismissed from several college and NFL teams due to unsportsmanlike conduct in the past, and is hated by many NFL players for cheap tricks and dirty plays.
Is this the end of the line for Incognito's stint in the NFL, or can he change his ways enough to become incognito and remain in the league?
