Ceasefire talks with Myanmar ethnic rebels to begin

Ethnic rebels in Myanmar have agreed to start nationwide ceasefire talks with the government. Seventeen armed groups have been meeting for the past 4 days. But getting any truce to hold will not be easy. Al Jazeera's Nicole Johnston reports.
