The 700 photos were edited in Lightroom 4 and the Time Lapse also was done using Lightroom 4 itself but with a plug-in called LRtimelapse.
The LRtimelapse is a cool plug-in allowing you to create your time lapse on lightroom itself without the use of software such Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects or Sony Vegas among others. I find about this plug-in through the tutorials of the famous french photographer Serge Ramelli.
