A 36-year-old thief surnamed Shi (石達宏) got more than he bargained for after tangling with 68-year-old jewelry store owner Mr. Chen.
Shi's finger was broken by Chen during the scuffle and he was arrested at the scene after the shop owner's wife called police.The robber took a taxi ride to search for a target in New Taipei City, Taiwan, and spotted a jewelry store staffed only by an old man. The robber then walked into the shop wearing a wig and glasses and acted a potential customer.
