Career Builders revealed a survey showing one in three people polled have told elaborate lies to get a sick day. The worst excuses to ditch work revealed from employees saying they were swarmed by bees, lost while driving ending up in another state and too indecisive about what to wear. Thirty percent of employees also say they’ve gone to work sick to save their sick days for other occasions.
