Even though, online dating is becoming more mainstream, there's no shortage of horror stories.

In one bizarre, unthinkable incident, a 57-year-old man, who had been chatting with a woman online, finally met her in person. The issue was the female was his own daughter-in-law and neither love seeker was aware of that fact until it was too late.

The pair had arranged a date on October 22nd, at a hotel located in China. While conversing online, they used aliases and sent one another photos, however both of them were deceitful, as the pictures were not of themselves.

They arranged a face to face meeting, but the 28-year-old woman’s husband suspected her of cheating and decided to follow her. The hubby watched as his wife snuck into a room and came back out wearing a pink robe, before knocking on the door of another room.

The 57-year-old man expressed the shock stating “when I opened the door I don't know if she was more surprised or me. She turned round and ran off down the hallway straight into her husband, my son, who had been following her. “

The husband attacked his wife and father. He was jailed for five days.
