Milk costs are set to skyrocket by January 1 if the Senate and House of Representatives do not agree on a new farm bill. They are beginning talks this week to either pass a new farm bill or re-extend the 2008 bill. If this doesn’t happen, goverment support for dairy would stop at the end of the year.
