I got these for my seven year old son who takes boxing. They seem to work well for him. Hes able to wrap them by himself. I havent washed them yet, though will probably place in a hosiery bag unwrapped & wash on the delecate cold cycle using a mild detergent like woolite. http://vintageluxcol.com/559873
