The 5 points from NYC 350, & Occupy to rebuild NYC:

The way to make this happen in one year, is to follow the lead of Germany after Chernobyl and Japan after Fukushima.
1- Pass a solar feed-in tariff requiring the Utilities to pay $0.53 kwh to anyone who feeds solar onto the grid.
This is the first law Japan passed after Fuku.
The money comes from crowd sourcing, ie., rate payers,
not the government.
Stop trying to bankrupt cities.
This will allow the banks to loan people $500,000. for 20 years to build solar powered homes.
This is what both Germany & Japan did.
2- This one change in both G & J, created
2 million jobs,
built 2 million solar powered homes,
installed 10 million solar panels, and
is driving both G & J to become 100% solar powered by 2050.
