We have had this type faucet for 4 years now. The design of the body requires 3 separate large rubber orings to keep water from leaking out from the top and bottom. These need regular regreasing with silicon grease or the faucet is hard to turn, and leaks small amounts of water which lead to mold and discoloration. This gets worse over time. I have replaced the orings in the hopes that things would get better, but it was only a slight improvement. Its just not a practical design. My wife hates this faucet!!! http://jewelrydom.com/21979
