Barkerville Gold, symbol BGM on the TSX Venture Exchange, and 1WUB on Frankfurt announced the terms of warrants attached to a recent gold loan facility. These warrants were attached to the $15 million gold loan facility provided by 2176423 Ontario Limited, a company wholly-owned by Eric Sprott.
