In Quran, there are different verses which Allah (swt) attributes to HIM. For example, He guides whomever He wants and misguides whomever He wants, He has beautified their deeds or Allah SWT has deviated them from their path or Allah SWT has ordered their elites to spread anarchy. What is the meaning of such Ayats? Kindly explain the answer in detail.
