Tuition Price Growth Slowing at Public Colleges

After years of steady college tuition hikes at public universities, it appears as though the cost of attendance is finally slowing up. The College Board reports that the average price for public, four-year, colleges rose only 2.9% compared to last year. That's the smallest annual increase in over three decades.
