Another post-eid episode for those with lamb thighs in their reserves. Chef Saadat Siddiqi is preparing a yummy Banarsi Raan. Very healthy as it can be steam-cooked to perfection, for those a little picky about color can fry it first for browning it from outside.

Chef Saadat is also demonstrating a very different Khatta Bhunna Gosht to add a meaty variety to your menu.
