Quadriplegic Man Receives Angry Note On BMW For Parking In Handicapped Space

Matt Milstead left his BMW in a YMCA handicapped parking space while he played a game of wheelchair rugby. While he was inside, someone left an angry note on his BMW. The note assumed Matt was a fraud and parked in the space illegally.
