At least 30 people have been killed and dozens injured in what is believed to be a rebel truck-bomb attack in the Syrian city of Hama.
The truck is understood to have been driven by a suicide bomber who detonated his load of 1.5 tonnes of explosives on a busy road on the outskirts of the city.
