Google has seen a 23% rise in revenues despite earning less ‘per click’ on its advertising. The online giant’s performance sent its share price soaring to almost $960 in after-hours trading. Meanwhile China's economic growth has picked up again, with 7.8% expansion in the three months from July to September.
