Welcome to AnadaYoga. Today, we will be teaching youArm Balances: Shoulder Press Pose aka Bhujapidasana and firefly pose aka Tittibhasana. The yoga instructor describes these processes from the series of AnadaYoga. The complete movement involves jumping into the posture and full jumping back.

Working towards arm balancing pose - Tittibhasana. A great pose for building upper body and core strength. Would recommend having a strong Crow Pose before attempting.
