Wikileaks founder Assange seeks political asylum in Ecuador

Londres/Quito, 20 June (EFE).- Julian Assange, the founder of Wikileaks, has requested political asylum in Ecuador's Embassy in London. Ecuadorian Foreign Minister Ricardo Patiño confirmed the news from Quito.
