Madrid, 10 ago (EFE).- Spanish police, in cooperation with the FBI's Boston Division, have arrested four suspected members of Mexico's powerful Sinaloa cartel who were in Spain as part of an apparent attempt by the cartel's leader, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, to get a foothold in Europe, Spanish police said Friday.
