Another migrant boat sinks off Italian coast

It's a crisis that only seems to be getting worse.

Just one week after a boat carrying Eritrean and Somali migrants sank off the Italian coast, killing more than 300, another boat capsizes and sinks.

But this was more of a rescue effort.

Dramatic Italian Navy video shows victims of the shipwreck in the frigid waters and rescuers pulling them one by one into rescue boats.

Cries of those not rescued are heard in the distance.

Emergency blankets cover some of the victims. -- more than 200 were rescued in the latest effort, and more than 30 bodies recovered.

The Prime Minister of Malta, Joseph Muscat, says its time for action on the migrant issue.
