Libyan Prime Minster Ali Zeidan has been released after being seized by armed men at a hotel in Tripoli, according to security sources.
Witnesses say he was taken from the Corinthia Hotel at daybreak by group of around 100 men and driven off in a convoy of cars.
It is thought he was abducted by a group of former rebels and held at the Interior Ministry's anti-crime complex.
