Caracas, Jan 10 (EFE).- Venezuelan Vice President Nicolas Maduro has announced that he would abide fully with the Supreme Court's decision to delay the swearing-in of ailing President Hugo Chavez for a new term and to extend the existing government for the time it takes Chavez to recover in Cuba.
