Washington, Jan 15 (EFE).- Lance Armstrong has broken his silence and has acknowledged that he used substances to improve his performance in the Tour de France, according to U.S. media reports.
They said the former cyclist came clean during an exclusive interview with Oprah Winfrey that will air on Thursday.
