Palma de Mallorca, Spain, Feb 18 (EFE).- Diego Torres, the target of a corruption investigation along with Iñaki Urdangarin, the son-in-law of Spain's King Juan Carlos, has told a judge that the Spanish Royal Household and the second daughter of the monarch were well aware of the operations of the Noos Institute, the focus of the investigation.
